Happy Chinese New Year!!! Hope the new year is filled with love and blessing for you. I know I’m kind of late but anyway, I’m finally back from the one week break. It’s not a long one but enough to keep me going. I did quite a lot of updating today and installed a new script for my Birthday List. Thanks so much to Eleanor for helping me with that error. Hugs! Confession is the Site of the Month at Kawaiiness.com. Thanks Rellie for the award. New layout for the new year, how about that? I love this new layout, its so meanfully. I guess I’m going to use it for quite some time so don’t expect a change of layout in another month or even more. I edited the sidebar, made some small little buttons for my affiliates links and other links. Care to give me some comments. Does it looks neater, better or worse?

It seems that I realise I’m quite sensitive to sore throat these days. I have just recovered from a mild case of that and now, not even a week, later I’m down with it again. It hurts even when I’m talking. What a lousy way to start a new year! Sadly, I’m down with gastric attacks which means pain this week. What have I done to deserve this? I’ve been pretty bored these few days so I starting learning how to pixels and made some Mini Pixels, some are recent ones, the others were made a few months ago, there’s a few sets of smilies too. Hope you guys like them.

I found 2 rule breakers this time. This and This. Didn’t they read the rules before downloading my premades. I’ve contacted the owner of the second site but not for the first since I could not find any contact links. I could not understand what is on both sites. Can anyone translate it for me? Email me if you did, much thanks if you could help. Both edited the graphics, one took down almost all my copyright links on the image, even took the effort to edit away my site name on the layout itself. She did left some of the copyright links on some of the subpages. People these days..Sigh… Anyway, I’ve password protected the page now so that I can keep track of all the downloads. Sorry its troublesome for both you and me, but that’s the only way I could think of.

The Chinese New Year celebration was quite boring for me. We just did the usual of going to my relatives houses and collecting ang baos. Yummy, I just adore the snacks eaten during this time of the year. It makes me hungry just to think of that… the pineapples tarts the… Opps, I guess I got too distracted. I’m so tired now since I just went swimming in the morning. It was like pretty empty since many people were busy visiting others. It was quite disappointing since only 3 of us went there. However, we did manage to have some fun though. At least it was worth it for us. I’ve been thinking a lot this week and I figure out we can’t just look back on our past. So, I’m trying to keep myself away from the constant day dreaming and live in reality instead. I past the previous days in quite a daze, I could not even recall what I did yesterday, shows how much I want to forget the past. Sigh. Think positive girl.

Thanks for all the lovely comments in the previous entries. I’m going to return all the comments sometime next week. I’ve been pretty busy this week. I just came back from East Coast trip yesterday. Its was well, pretty fun. But it could be better though. Almost half of the group was tired even before we reached there, you could imagine how we would feel after we reach there. Mostly due to work and school. Anyway, we did the usual, cycling. It was hilarious! A few of my friends provided some sort of, ahem, Entertainment… Singing, joking, falling off the bike and what not. We didn’t have dinner there like the last time we went. But we had a quite enjoyable dinner at Pizza Hut back at Jurong East Entertainment Center. It was the first time I had eaten my dinner with such a big group of people. Confusing mostly… I miss the sunset at East Coast yesterday. Nevermind. At least once is enough. I’m officially jobless now and I don’t plan on looking for another job that soon. Everyone needs a break sometimes. I’m so tired now after all the fun and working this week, didn’t have enough sleep for the past week. Sigh. Mental note to sleep earlier tonight. I also went to Singapore Poly open house yesterday in the morning with my group of friends. It was surprising big but I don’t know. I just prefer Ngee An to SP. Np just seems more welcoming.

What is gmail? Someone had asked in one of the previous comments. It’s google mail. The feature which attract people to use it is its large inbox space, 1GB. Its a free email service too. I’m using it now and so far, its alright. Not too bad but there’s still room for improvement though since its still in beta. I’ve got 50 invites left, email me if you want one. Its weird, google are giving out so much invites these days. Actually, I guess almost everyone will be using it before its even offically launched. Oh, I just joined Alexine Raffle. Check that out. Well, I have another problem with a new script I’m using. This is the page I’m using the new birthday Script on. I got it from http://www.milbertus.com. The fonts under Name and Birthday are so big. I don’t know what’s wrong with my css or something wrong with the code. Can anyone help me spot the problem. Thanks a million.

We can’t control the happenings around us, can we? All I could do was to make sure the worst did not happen, at least not right now. I in a bad mood these days. I suppose it was the weather and well… I’m just tired after work. I have been thinking about my job and decided to work until the ‘contract’ ends, which is the week before the Chinese New Year. I just wish to finish what I have started. Does that sounds familar? Is a girl’s intuition more accurate? I was trying to figure that out for quite some time. I just can’t seems to shake out that feeling. Weird. I prayed it will rain tonight. It had been some time since it rain, at least that is what I remeber within my memory cabability. Been feeling kind of hot and stuffy. So, I reckon it’ll be good to clear my mind.

I’m going shopping this Sunday for my new year clothes. My mum gave me a hundred dollars to spend. Thanks Mum! Anyway, I joined the Quiting Bee! Check out my quilt. I’m trying to validate my site. But there’s always some errors and the worst thing is, I don’t know what’s wrong with the code. Whenever I put the DOC code at the top of my header.php, the content on the site will get screw up and all the text will be everywhere on the page. Sigh. Help anyone? Alright, its valid html 4.01 Transitional although not valid for xhtml 1.0. I’m still moving towards of validating it as xhtml. Well, at least I did something. Sorry to all those who apply for an award. I’m pretty busy these days. Maybe next week I’ll find time. Promise.
