There’s a 3 days break this weekend. Excited? Happy? Of course I’m happy, my first week of school is over and next week would be hectic with tutorials and all the lessons and some of my lessons “hit” with public holidays and I’m going to have 2 days in the next few weeks having lessons from 12 in the afternoon right up to 6 in the evening without any breaks. See how our lecturer loves to torture us? :cry: They didn’t realise we need to have our own time too. Regarding the lip balm idea, I think we can’t do that, I’m so sad. It’s such a great idea, but not workable, so we would be moving on to candies but I think we’ll continue the research about the lip balms and pray that it is somehow workable. I’m going out with my another 2 of my group partners, including him, on Monday to shop for some of the “raw materials” needed for this project. It’s better to be prepare for the discussion the following Monday, right? Actually, I think I will be doing more of my shopping instead but it’s good to be out having fun on a public holiday instead of burying myself in books. I’m loving InE, its a more relax lesson than any of my other modules. That will be Monday’s plan. Home will be where you can find me today and tomorrow, working on my tutorials and creating a new premade request. I need to have some fun too By the way, check out this video, I find it extremely entertaining and amusing, my friends find it lame too.

Talking about school, we had an Auditing lecture a few days ago and the lecturer is so “cute”. He’s like a rabbit as I put it, or a jumping bean which my friend calls him. You know the way the normal chairs in the lecture are facing the screen, so he will sit, and I really mean sit on the chair opposite facing us, meaning he’s sitting on the back of the chair if you get what I mean and he’s like “blobbing” up and down in front of us when he talks, his entire body is moving up and down with his legs and it’s so amusing and the all of us are laughing at him and he didn’t seem to notice. It’s funny to think of some of the habits of the lecturers, really amusing! :hehe:

The title of this post is my newly form equation after school has started for nearly a week. Year 2 is hard work. :sigh: I want my holidays! And I can’t understand a word of Finance Management and am struggling with the rest of the modules’ tutorial. :cry:I have loads of textbook to buy and they cost a bomb, the price of each book range from S$30 to S$40+. Another bad news, I have a new bad habit which is to spend money to relieve my stress and this is not a good thing since it’s burning a big hole in my pocket. This week, I have bought 2 new top, a pair of cuffed shorts from target.com and I just received my pink checked mickey Capri’s. The size small is huge, the Capri’s is supposed to be worn on the waist but I wear it on my hips with a belt to prevent it from dropping. -_-

I got new smilies too, I find them so adorable :hehe:. I squeeze in some time to do a bit of site updates. The gallery is updated to the latest version 0.9.3 and implemented the lightbox plugin so that it doesn’t use pop-ups anymore, although it only work in Java-script enabled browsers but I think most people uses modern browsers so it shouldn’t be a problem.

I’ve been thinking about the project for our InE class and my group decides to make our own lip balm and sell them in customise small metal tins. But we are having some problems buying the beewax and it’s not cheap. So, we have another idea to sell candies in customise tins also but bigger ones this time. We feel that candies might be easier to sell and with a lower capital. I think the lip balm idea is a lot more interesting and fun but there’s some problems making the idea work. I loved that idea so much, it would be a really different project and I love to DIY my own stuff. Pity it doesn’t seems to be workable. I’m so sleepy and still need to complete my Auditing tutorial before going to bed. I was doing my CA tutorial 2 nights ago and was in a sleeping mode, after checking the answers with him last night I realised I got 2 calculation mistakes. Yes, I have no idea why I got the wrong answer although I punch the numbers correctly into the calculator. :sleep: Getting a diploma in Accountancy is hard and don’t believe people that says it’s easy to be an Accountant, those are lies. =x

On shopping, I have taken photos of my new loots from the shopping trip a few days ago. I have finished shopping the entire Bugis, Icon (the mini shopping mall opposite Bugis) and Far East. My legs are still hurting and my wallet has a big hole in it but since school is starting next week, I think I wouldn’t have the chance to shop so here goes my money. He is going Far East today and I got him to look around and see if he can find a brass earring holder. He just send me an SMS, he found it! :hugs: I was slightly surprised to find it retailing for only $35, it’s only a few bucks cheaper then those sold on online sprees. I think the shop only has one size and he got the 96 pairs although I doubt I would have that many earrings to hold but it doesn’t have the 64 one though. So, I passed it. :cry: But I would get it in the future when I become a earring manic .

On a side note, I have converted Simple Colors into a WordPress theme because I need it for my “private” blog, remember? The theme would be up for download very soon, after I have tested it and fix up some stuff here and there. It took me the entire afternoon to convert it, I hate to style the comments therefore all my styling are the same. But I love the rounded corners I have for the comments, so I hope someone likes it. Oh and I need some help here.

Could you guys try clicking on to the download link of Simple Colors and see if you can download and unzip the file successfully? Someone is having some problems with it but I don’t on my laptop so I can’t figure out what’s wrong with the file. Can anyone also try clicking on the “Reply to this Comment” link on any post with comments to see if the code <p class="replycomment">Reply to Author</p> is projected on the textarea below?
