It’s the start of the new year right after Christmas. A very happy new year to you and I wish this year will be filled with lots of new and happy memories for you no matter which part of the world you are in! I had a blast during the small Christmas gathering at home and the countdown towards the new year is not an exception either. We held a not-so-small family and friends gathering at home. I love holding such parties in the comfort of my own house. It’s much more comfortable and I like how the entire house is filled with noise and laughter.

On a side note, I realised I fulfilled a few of my new year resolutions for 2009. Reading back the post I wrote at the end of 2008, I managed to get at least 50 marks for each of my UOL papers in the 2009 examinations and I got myself a new wallet as well. 2 out of 4 accomplished in the last year! I hope I managed to get those for 2010 done as well.

Presents for myself - Slingbag and wallet
Here’s the delicious looking dinner we had:

Sausages and bacon

A sumptuous dinner

Instant pizza!

Black forest cake

Benjamin is definitely enjoying the food

Sharon and her signature scarf

Haven’t been here for a while babe but I love your new layout. You have the cutest themes! They must take you forever… I hardly have the patience to change mine. Happy new year!

Happy new year! I don’t remember my resolutions from last year but I don’t really keep them most of the time. This year I’m just trying not to start drama or fights and to be a better person overall.
I also wanted to see fireworks but I knew the crowds would be unbearable for me. Maybe another time.
We didn’t really celebrate. But the sausages and bacon look delicious!
Congratulations on your examinations as well.
I love the sling bag. I’ve had the same wallet for about two years and I still love it. ^^
I wish you all the best for 2010 and hope it is a wonderful year for you!

Kudos to you for fulfilling two of your New Year’s Resolutions from last year! I’m going to need to start writing my down or something because I rarely remember them.
What is in that Black Forest cake? It looks so pretty and delicious!! Yum!! Looks like you had a fun evening ringing in the New Year!
Hope 2010 is great to ya!
