I was tagged by Ivy yesterday with a “What is in my bag?” meme. I hadn’t done this before and it’s interesting to see what’s in each others bag. 
I have a weekday and weekend bag. The weekday bag is my trusty backpack from Ink. It’s great for school and holidays as it is huge and can stuff so much stuff. The weekend bag is my favourite HURS bag I got myself as a Christmas gift last December. I’m not sure why but I kept typing backpack as bagpack. 
My bags
This green pouch is also know as my emergency kit. It contains some medications for common ailments such as fever and headaches, a mirror, medication oil and lots of other stuff for – emergency. 
It’s very useful and I can’t leave the house without this.
Emergency Kit
Below are some little trinkets I bring out everyday without fail:
- Mint sweets from MUJI: I need this. It prevents me from dozing off in class and reduce the probability that I’ll nom on a cheesy white crab puff from Polar during my class break.
- EQUAL Sugar: I don’t put pure sugar into my tea and not every cafe I go to has this type of sugar so I bring my own.
- Keys: This is important. The red bear is rather old already. Mum got it for me from Watsons around 5 years ago if I’m not wrong.
- Forever friends card holder: For my ezlink card1 and student card.
- A’kin lip blam: My favourite lip balm of the year! No more crack lips

- Guess purse: It’s pink! Most of my stuff is either in pink, red or brown.
- Samsung MP3: I can’t survive the long rides on the bus and train without my music. This is the old version I got nearly 4 years ago. It’s good, I hope it can last me another 4 years.
- LG Viewty: This is a must although I’m not a fan of it. I love how it’s pink but the camera ain’t good in my opinion and it crash on me after a week of purchase. :cry:

- Nike waterbottle: The reason I don’t bring handbags is because of this. It can’t fit my waterbottle. I am not a fan of softdrinks and it’s cheaper bringing my own bottle out.
- A’Kin hand cream: This is a must when I’m constantly in the air-conditioned class room.

I love your weekday backpack as it looks really classy. Wow, most of the content you have in your bag are essentials, I bring some similar stuff like my phone, lip balm, wallet, etc. in my bag too.
I’m not exactly a person with a sweet tooth but I’ll have to agree that having sweets in your bag definitely helps to reduce tiredness, especially during lessons. I’m always having one in my mouth, haha…

Yup. My sissy called it the “chemical sugar”. Most people were surprised when they knew I bring my own sugar out. Hmm, tea bags is a good idea. Maybe I should put it in as well.

Interesting meme! Reminds me of this weekly column in Strait’s Times Urban magazine that showcases 7 items in famous people’s bags.
Oh I realised you don’t bring tissue? Or do you use handkerchief? I definitely can’t leave the house without at least a packet of tissue in my bag because it’s too useful!
Haha I think I shall try this meme in my blog someday too. It’s nice to record down what I have in my bag now, and maybe look at the meme ten years later to see how much the contents of my bag change.

Oh, I do. It’s in my emergency kit. I didn’t take photographs of the inside because there are just way too much stuff. :P
That’s a good idea. I think I might be laughing at my green kitty pouch 10 years down the road. But I’ll still be using it.

Yup, 1 teaspoon of pure sugar for my tea daily just screams diabetics at me. On the safer side, I use synthetic sugar, but that’s also not too good when consume excessively.

I always carry around my phone too :P. Aswell as lip balm/vaseline

Yeah, I agree! Kids are maturing far more quickly these days. I’m 20, yet I still dress as if I’m 10 lol, I don’t follow the fashion, I wear what I feel comfortable in

Hey, you’re like me! You carry around a big water bottle
I should really invest in a good backpack – I use a big handbag and it isn’t nice on my shoulder. 
Mmm lip balm! I always have to have a lipbalm :3
It sucks that your phone kept crashing. But it’s still a better model than mine. xD I would love to do this meme but I’m too lazy. And I change bags a lot, so sometimes I move my stuff, sometimes I don’t. XD
