I’m glad most people find the layout peaceful and calming. That is the effect I had wanted to achieve. Some of you may have noticed that this layout is very CSS based and indeed it is, I added more colors to it by using classes. The sole reason was because I had mentioned that a mono tone layout gets dull after a while and I myself made layouts like that. Bows down in shame. Thus, the concept of a bright and cheerful layout is the theme, while incorporating a different variety of colors that do not clash. I hope I had succeed in doing that. Minor updates to the Spirit and Essence section, just edit the main page and move some contents around.
This week had been hectic for me which shouldn’t be the case since school had not yet started. But with my site’s revamp going on, school stuff and reviews to complete. I had almost not time on my hands. I’m going to continue the review I’ve started the day before and move on to the revamp I had in mind for the site. It’s going on pretty slowly, much slower than what I’ve planned. Another plan is forming in my little brain – studying. I’ve found an old POA and Accountancy book while cleaning out some old stuff. It’s better to get ready before school starts. Should I say better be safe than sorry?
I had my first experience of a park on the 12th floor. My parents bought a new flat in Toa Payoh and I went to take a look today. It’s a 4-room HDB flat for my grandparents and I was pretty shocked by it. Compared to the 4-room flat I’m living in Jurong, the one at Toa Payoh is about half the size only and it’s much more expensive I guess the location plays an important factor in the price of the house.
