I spend the entire day cleaning up my room and rearranging the furnitures. That’s my excuse for not studying today. I’m so guilty. Anyway, I get bored easily when the layout of my room stays the same. Therefore, I shift the furnitures around every now and then. I moved my desk so that it’s facing the door now. The new arrangement gives a fresher feeling and makes me happier, seriously. The only thing I dislike about this arrangement is that those living in the next block can see what’s on my screen if they use a binoculars.
More photos of my room can be found on my flickr.

Your room is awesome and it looks uber cute! Great job on reorganizing it! It looks fabulous.

Your room is so pink and girly! Very you! :P
Nice job on the cleaning! I clean my room very rarely and whenever I do, it doesn’t last for long. =D

I do that all the time.
But normally when I do it, its during the weekend or summer at like 3 in the morning.
So I end up waking everyone up banging furniture around in my room.

Woah, a corner unit (sorry was reading your replies to other comments). That means your unit must be blessed with some extra floor area
how nice!
Got to love your new arragenment – it reminds me of an office, strangely enough! I guess that’s because you mentioned that your desk now faces the door. Imagine your parents walking in and then you sit there like a lady boss, haha!
No worries about someone spying on you using a pair of binoculars from the opposite block. I think the screen is not bright enough for that person to see much, haha! Plus, you can always draw your curtains and shut him out.
p/s: When are you free this weekend? I still owe you starbucks! Maybe we should strike up a time with Oridusartic too and let her join our coffee session over the webcam, teehee =p

It seems to remind everyone of an office. :P Haha, I like the feeling of being a boss. Another good thing about this arrangement is that my parents cannot see what’s on my screen when they enter my room. It’s good for those days when I’m secretly working on my illustrations.
I hope not! I plan to get a good anti glare screen protector. The sunlight is quite glaring in the day time. I’m afraid it will worsen my eye sight.
Weekends? I’m usually free on either Saturday or Sunday (either day which I’m not out with Chewy) or Fridays. Let me know which day you want, I can arrange with Chewy the other day then. That sounds great! She wants a brownie and cookie. =D

Of course, Chewy takes precedence! We shall meet on the day when Chewy isn’t having a date with you
Yea, one thing good about the new arragenment is that you’ve got better privacy now. I dislike when my parents snooping up from behind and catch me doing design work when I’m supposed to be working on my tutorials :P oh, and speaking of which, an anti-glare coating sounds good! For the moment being you can settle for a cheap fix – simply draw the curtains when it’s too bright.

Nah, I go out with him every week. He’s usually okay with either Saturday or Sunday. I’m all right on 31 Oct, 1 Nov or any other days on a weekend or Friday in November.
I’m going to Sim Lim tomorrow. Hopefully I can find an affordable anti-glare screen protector. I heard it’s quite expensive.

Hey the new look is way too beautiful! I love how you pimped your workspace! K. I’m jealous.

Omg, can I have your room please!? I’ve never seen that much cute stuff gathered in one room before – and it’s so much pink! =D
Reminds me I should clean up my apartment….

You have actually inspired me to do a spring cleaning (or winter?) of my room this Friday.
15 October, 2009 at 9:54 pm
Nice Dayna. Haha don’t worry about the binoculars thing, it’s not like they will spy on you. If they really do, well that would be scary. Just close the curtains. =D
Hmmm.. I think I should clean my room too.

I hope not! Anything can happen in Singapore though.
I draw half of my curtains in the day as well, sometimes the sunlight makes the screen so glaring.
