I darken the layout so that the color is more obvious after Elea pointed out that the color might be too light. Even though I’m using a laptop but I don’t want to take any chances. After some experimenting with my Photoshop software today, I feel that purple would be a more suitable color for the background, white might be too blinding. So, is it better for your eyes now? Anyway, I added a wallpaper section for the visitors, that was my first wallpaper.
I think the limited area in Singapore also affects the property price, with a few million people and so little space, high rise buildings are also a popular choice by the government. I’ve never live in a house in my life and I mean house not flats. People living in houses here are rich, even the land cost a bomb, from what my Mum told me it’s around a few millions. I do agree with what Valerie had said, how would the market be like when it’s time for us to have our own family and buy a flat in about 10 years time? I wouldn’t even want to think about it, that’s for the future.
I was on the MRT going to Orchard yesterday with 3 other friends of mine. There’s this crowd near every entrance of the train, some people just don’t know how to exercise basic courtesy. Shouldn’t you move it so that there are space for others to enter as well? I was in the middle of one of the compartment, not too near the entrance but I heard a guy shouting some vulgar languages. Thus, by human instinct, all of us turn to the direction where the voice cam from. It appears that no one wants to move to the center of the compartment and everyone stays near the door so this Malay couple and their son had some problem entering the train. I thought it was pretty rude of the guy. He could just talk things over nicely. By shouting “Get your bloody ass in there” doesn’t reflect well of him too. Pardon me for the language. Both parties were wrong but kicking up a big fuss over it using that kind of language was worse.
I found an extremely weird case of a direct linker, a 13 year old girl. I don’t get the reason behind it but I’m not too happy about it either. I’ve got the feeling it’s something to do with the coding and structure of my site. Am I missing something? Anyone care to enlighten me?
