I finally bought some pop-up stickers from Urban Write to “brand” my Samsung Corby. I didn’t want to make it too fanciful thus I just added 2 little star stickers to brand it as my personal phone. I have to say this isn’t an original idea from me. This idea was from my current favourite show, You’re Beautiful. In the show, the female protagonist has a few pop-up stickers on her Corby as well. I love this idea because I find it really cute.
I’m a Christmas girl and I love buying gifts for myself during the Christmas season. I admit I’m a huge fan of You’re Beautiful. Hence, I ordered the pig-rabbit toy from Korea for SGD 39! Mama never fails to get me a Christmas gift every year and this is her gift for me. =D It’s an extremely unique toy since it’s a rabbit with a pig nose. It’s definitely not the kind of toys you see everyday.
Isn’t it the most adorable bunny?
It’s a huge toy standing at 55cm and I’m so excited to receive it. It will arrived in Singapore at the beginning of December. I’ll be posting photographs of my new toy then. I am thinking of naming it “Minami” after the female protagonist in the show. Sounds cute, no?
I shall end this post with my Christmas wishlist of 2009.
- Bod Clarifying Clay Mask – I got this as a gift for myself today!
- The BodyShop Winter Makeup – Eye & Cheek Palette
- The BodyShop Winter Makeup – Shimmer Gloss
- The BodyShop Divine Calm Essential Oil
- Eco Tools Retractable Kabuki Brush
- You’re Beautiful Pig-Rabbit Stuff Toy – Just ordered this from Korea
- Long Bi-Fold Clutch Wallet / Hello Birdie in Almond from Cottonpurr

You have a cute phone! And oh, those on your wishlist are all Body Shop! Are you up for mineral make up? Try to visit ellanaminerals.com for the Kabuki brush as well.

Not all but nearly? I like their body and cosmetics products. I don’t use mineral make up though. Nevertheless, thanks for the recommendation.

PS: Your layout is so cheerful looking — Seriously! I actually feel happy just looking at it.

Oh my gosh, I love pop up stickers, too! I have some supercute ones that have illustrations of bunnies inside, and there’s these little glittery bits inside that you can shake around. They’re wayyyy too adorable, haha!
And I, too, love buying myself Christmas presents … Although I feel bad admitting it, LOL!
=p

Oh, To Write Love On Her Arms day is worldwide, I think.
You can read a bit about it at http://twloha.com/vision
It is a pretty new organisation so that might explain why you haven’t heard of it.
I love those pop-up/puffy stickers. They are so cute. I used to think they were special – they were more expensive than others – and I barely used stickers because I didn’t want to “waste” them. :P
I’m not sure but I guess my parents made that decision to pierce my ears. I don’t even remember the moment. But I got my ears pierced again when I was 12 – it was a bit painful but I love my multiple piercings.
My phone is very boring. I tried sticking stickers on it once, but I’m pretty rough with my phone, so they fell off. XD
That pig-rabbit toy is so adorable!
I don’t usually buy myself gifts for Christmas; I just buy things myself when I’m out shopping, whatever time of the year. This year for Christmas I’m strangely not all that excited. I also don’t really have a wish list. I can’t think of anything that I want very badly. :P

Oh, I see. This looks interesting. I learnt something new today. Thanks Georgina!
I guess most kids collect stickers to admire instead of actually using them.
Oh, I see. That’s nice of your parents to plan it for you. I went piercing myself without consulting my parents. It’s cheap since I didn’t go to a goldsmith. They were surprised when I went home with pierced ears but luckily I didn’t get a scolding. :P
You are not excited? Okay, I’m going to think of ways to make my readers get excited for Christmas. I am so thrilled Christmas is arriving and I’ll be reminded whenever I go to because the decorations are everywhere.

Those star stickers are adorable! I love them! What a unique way to make it your phone! I also absolutely adore your pig-rabbit toy! That is definitely something special! I buy myself a special Christmas gift each year too. Last year I ended up getting myself my new camera. I don’t know what I will get myself this year yet!

Wow I’ve missed some new topics on this blog and I have to blame my home internet connection and its crawling speed. T^T
Hahahaha I like how you complete yourself with all the stuff from the You’re Beautiful drama. It must be great to collect all the stuff that relate with the drama that we really adore.
I should also buy the DVD (psst.. bootleg) next time~

I have to admit I’m a huge fan of that drama!
I can rewatch all the episodes without getting bored. This is actually my first time collecting things from a drama. I feel totally like a fan girl now. :P

and another thing I love, it's your laout! The header is supah amazing.
15 November, 2009 at 10:20 pm
Haha, the Doraemon toy is not a phone holder. It’s actually a solar powered toy, the kind where the Doraemon will keep nodding his head when there’s sunlight.

Awesome Dayna! That pig bunny is really so unique! hehee and the star sticker is just a cute touch! haha
It’s good that you get to splurge some on yourself, hehe I still have to ask my mum if it’s okay to buy what I want but then there’s this little voice inside my head “this money could be put to better use” or “think of others before yourself okay?” so I usually don’t buy anything for myself now. But hopefully I’ll be able to get the Boshii hat! Haha I am using my own money now that I earned with paid posts, haha it feels fulfilling. But have to ask mum first!
Song is good!!

It’s such a cutesy toy right? I’m so in love with the toy now.
My mum don’t really bother about how I spend my own money since I’m tapping on my own savings and earnings. Moreover, I’m already 21 and she feels that I’m old enough to control my own finances. As long as I don’t spend extravagantly, she’s cool with that.
I checked out the Boshii hat on your blog and it’s so adorable! Would you wear it out? I wouldn’t dare to wear it out. =p

That bunny is too cute! I kinda want one now, he he. I can’t believe Christmas is just around the corner. Thanksgiving is in two weeks, and then it’s Christmas. Then the year is over. OMG where has the time gone?!
15 November, 2009 at 3:48 pm
Time flies right? It’s seems like I just celebrated my 21st birthday in July and Christmas is just around the corner now. I feel like time pass faster as I get older. I wonder if I’m the only one who feels that way.
15 November, 2009 at 9:55 am
oops, i can see you in the reflection :P
15 November, 2009 at 12:18 pm
Reflections are inevitable since the screen is very glossy.

Oh how cute :] I have a few Hello Kitty stickers laying around that are pop ups. Maybe I’ll put them on my phone. I just haven’t used them yet because I don’t want to use them up :P Haha.
That is the MOST ADORABLE pig rabbit I’ve ever seen, haha. I would never think something like that could look so cute
