Anyway, so why am I missing for such a long time? I’ve been very busy with school and the new school term last few months. I think I’ve been ‘missing in action’ since I’ve step foot into my polytechnic life. Well, it’s hard adapting and I’ve had failure in trying to do so too. o.O It’s the second semester for me now and I’m still struggling with school. Maybe I’m dumb, but sometimes I really can’t understand a word of what the lecturer is talking about although I’ve had paid 101% attention. I’m just not cut out for accountings? Been wondering for the past few months whether I’ve made the right choice – the hard choice of choosing Accountancy. As a matter of fact, I’m trying to talk myself into thinking I’ve made the right decision. I’m just plain stubborn? Or perhaps I hadn’t put in the effort which I should have.
After the story of my school life, my personal life :heart:. Nothing much actually, had a gang of friends who stand by me no matter what happens, encourages me and comfort me no matter how much I complains to them about the various problems I had. So far so good, my life is pretty good now. Good friends, loving parents, sweet sister (sometimes =)) What more can I ask for? I’m contented.
I just made this new layout today. I’m seriously losing my touch. This is by far the worst layout I’ve made. My skills are totally rusting. I need to resharpen them. Anyway, sorry about your eyes since you’ll have to look at it for quite some time before I get my ideas back for my layouts. I can’t believe I didn’t touch my Photoshop for 5 months!!!
I’m almost done with the long story 
My house is under renovation now and I’m helping Dad to paint my sister’s room. A sweet pink and purple – nice combination, right? Mine’s of a dark shade of purple and pink with light purple. Contrasting but looks cool. I’ll be sitting down sometimes next week to do major updating on the site. Oh my god! It really does need a lot of updating after being unattended to for so long, about 5 months I think? Just curious, did anyone miss me?

I had just discovered your blog when you went on hiatus, but I’m still glad to know you’re back to blogging. So many people have simply given it up lately, it’s nice to know you haven’t.
I wish you luck with your classes. My mom majored in accounting. And quite frankly, my first impression when I saw your layout was that the blend was stunning. The layout might not be as good as some of the ones you’ve created in the past, but it’s simple elegance, especially after a 5-month break from Photoshop, is really very impressive.

Glad you’re back! I came back just in time. I went on a little unannounced hiatus myself. I was busy adjusting to the new school year and neglected my site a little but now that Im all set and ready to go, I can get back into it!
I am glad you are happy with your life right now. There are a lot of kids who have those things but still complain that it’s not all right. We all really should take a look at what we have and just be thankful for it. It always could be worse.

It really has been a long time hasn’t it? I’m glad your life seems to be going on the right track. I’m heard from my mom that accounting is difficult at times but it does have it’s perks. She should know since she works with them at the bank. :P

I’ve missed you, girl. And I hope everything is going fine for you.
I sense that you are starting to have second thoughts on your poly education, just like the way I am starting to feel for my course in SMU. I guess all these thoughts are inevitable when the going gets tough. Just hang in there, girl. We are all rooting for you, and I am sure you will make it in the end.

It’s good to see you back! Just in time for Christmas as well.
Your layout isn’t bad for someone that hasn’t touched photoshop for such a long time as well.
Don’t worry too much about your studies, just keep trying your best and i’m sure it’ll be easier as time passes.

Some people learn in different ways. Maybe being talked at & making notes is not working with you.

I missed you! So much.. so much..
I know far too well the feeling of being lost in lectures, sometimes it’s like they are teaching in a foreign language! But we’ll struggle through somehow. Ooh, the colour scheme of your room and your sister’s room sound lovely! Take photos when you’re done!

First and foremost, welcome back!
And congratulations on the move! lol.. The layout doesn’t really look that bad… but it isn’t as good as your others ones too, but it’s understandable since you said you haven’t touched your Photoshop for a VERY long time!
Accountancy is truly a hard subject. A lot of people here take it, but they drop from it like flies after a couple of sem. lol But yea, it’s good you’re striving there. And it’s good to know too that you have two friends and loved ones standing there by your side all throughout the times, good or bad. That’s the way to think: Positive!

Accounting hopefully will get easier with time, maybe you could switch to something like graphic design if it gets too overwhelming. Great new layout. Your room colors sound cool.
