I had not updated for so long because my common test are just around the corner. Anyway, the big news, Dayna was cheated! Okay, not really cheated but unhappy with one seller. Here goes, I ordered a vintage belt for $16.50 and through the email, I clearly stated that I want it in 1.5″ which is the normal size belts and she agreed to do it for me. Further more, I asked 3 times to double and triple confirm that the belt is in dark purple. She also replied to my email saying that the belt is stretchable. However when I received it today, it’s not dark purple but bright red. It’s not stretchable at all, it’s not 1.5″ but 1.1″. I felt so cheated! No doubt the belt was nice, it was pretty and really attractive looking but it’s not what I wanted. I emailed her and the thing is the belt didn’t come cheap. She replied saying that 1.5″ was thick and not nice thus she make the decision for me and make it 1.2″ instead. I think I will just let the matter rest, not worth it getting angry over this anymore. Anyway, the belt looks pretty good actually but I think she should have inform the buyer first and instead of letting her ask when she received the items.

Where you bought this belt? You should have tell her off
It’s not the way to do business :nono:

I told her to ask the buyer first before she make changes herself the next time because it’s not worth getting a negative feedback over this kind of issue. It’s “shopwithme”.

Leave her a negative or neutral feedback. She deserves it because she hasn’t heeded to your decisions when the belt was concerned, and also misrepresented the actual specifications of that belt.
Which seller is this, by the way? The belt looks familiar.

I don’t think it was very nice of her to just have made those changes without asking you first. Even if you think you can make something look better, shouldn’t you at least ask the customer for their opinion first?
