I got my results today and I pass all 4 subjects. =D I’ve a morning class today and I login to check at 7am in the morning. Surprising, the results were already posted at about 2am. I got a message from my friend at 2am telling me that she has passed all her papers. I only saw the message the next morning when I woke up. Anyway, I was freaking out when I keyed in my particulars to get the exams results. My first try was denied as I keyed in the wrong candidate number.
Thank god the second attempt worked.
So here’s the results for my UOL academic year 2008/2009:
| Subjects | Score | Degree class equivalent for |
| Management Accounting | 70 | First Class Honours |
| Corporate Finance | 68 | Upper Second Class Honours |
| Microeconomics | 58 | Lower Second Class Honours |
| Principals of Banking and Finance | 50 | Lower Second Class Honours |
I’m really glad I pass my Banking and Finance, but wasn’t pleased with MA and CF. I could have worked just a little harder to get another 2 more marks and that would make so much difference. The Microeconomics paper was the easiest one I’ve sat for but I did not manage to do well for it.
I shall work even harder this year. I’m aiming for at least 60 marks in all 4 papers I’m sitting for this year. I wish to graduate with at least an Upper Second Class Honours.
On a side note, there’s a John Little Sales for card members from 1st to 3rd September. Thus, mum and I decided to pop by to check out the sales.
Here are my hauls:

Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser and SANA Maikohan Blusher

SANA Maiko-han Loose Powder (Pink)

NUDE Facial Cotton Pads

Elianto Baked Blusher
I’ll be writing reviews on the above in the next few days, stay tune!
To end this post, here’s a delicious lunch I had at Bakerzin this afternoon.

Teriyaki chicken with potatoes

Oreo Cheese Cake

hey! omg i so wanna buy the neutrogena wave but keep finding it too expensive!! how much did you get it for!?
you’re studying at UOL? are you studying under SIM? anw, I know how horrible UOL exams are so I think your results are pretty good! =D Keep it up!
bakerzin ROCKS. Did you go to Jurong Point? Haha i was wondering coz there’s JL and bakerzin there. hehe

I got it for about SGD 15 only. It retails for SGD 24.90 if I’m not wrong.
Yup, I’m a UOL student. I study at SAA though, not SIM.
Thanks for the encouragement. LOL! Yes, I went to Jurong Point. =p I live near there.
Oh by the way, the SANA blusher is so gorgeous. It’s my favourite one and I use it daily now. Give me a few days to write a review on those, there are just too good.

congrats on passing your papers! well done!! how many points were they out of? at least one of us passed!
i always wanted the neutrogena wave since vanessa anne hudgens first introduced it in commercials, but my mom was like “why are you getting it? you’re just wasting my money.” that kind of thing because i give up washing my face after awhile with face cleanser. :\ but i am trying hard to continue to use it day and night everyday since my mom bought me some proactiv.
expensive stuff. i like the tin of the loose powder, it’s nice and cute. i love boxes and tins that are cute!
i had a ton of them until my mom came along and threw em out.
take care<3

They were out of 100. Passing mark is 34 for non-law units.
This Neutrogena one is good, I’ll be writing a review of it together with a few other products I’ve bought recently.
Yup, I like products with beautiful packagings. It always manage to tempt me to purchase them.

Congrats on passing the exam.
you can do better next time. And thanks for the interview questions. I enjoyed doing them
I always freak out whenever the exam result comes out. I would be rushing to check out my result but at the same time I’m afraid of what grades I would get. Haha!
I also hope to graduate with at least Upper Second Class Honours because I’m targeting to go for the Masters next
Internet data transfer rate using phones is pretty cheap here at my place. I think it costs like $0.05 per Mb.

LOL. I always get usernames and passwords wrong, when I’m really excited, or nervous, because I tend to type too quickly. Sounds like that’s what happened to you. :P
Congrats on passing all your classes. Awesome! Way better then I probably would of done.
*noms the oreo cheese cake*

micro economics and accounting? you like finance and maths? you must be clever.

I like math but I’m an Accountancy student. Accounts isn’t really about Math and it has its own interesting side. I dare say I’m not smart at all but just an ordinary average student.
Thanks for the compliments on the site by the way.

Haha you reminded me of a certain semester where I knew I didn’t do well and when it was time to check the results, my heart was beating so fast and I felt like fainting lol. CONGRATS! I am sure you can do better than this in the future
First it was baked beans, hash browns and eggs and now this?! You’re torturing me

I’m drooling over that Teriyaki chicken

Hello, fellow shopaholic. I overspent today as well … albeit online. (; Heh.
Congratulations on your results, though! As long as you did your best, that is what matters. But of course, strive to work even harder for the next round of examinations!

Oh, I shop a lot online as well but I’m trying to control myself these days. But the pretty clothes are always so tempting. I’ve recently discovered another 2 online shops selling skincare and cosmetics. Knowing that I’m such an addict in that area, I think I’m going to file for bankruptcy.
LOL!

Grats on the awesome results even though I don’t really understand them! You make me so hungry…
