Today was certainly an unlucky day for me. It was raining so heavily at Clementi when school ended at about 4 in the evening. I was walking down the stairs of Block 72 where my classes were held. All of a sudden “Pang”! You could hear Dayna falling down the steps, not rolling down thankfully. I was wearing a pair of flip flops and the stairs were pretty wet, maybe that’s why I couldn’t kept my balance or am I really accident prone? :ooh: It hurts a lot. I was like “Ouch” and was stunned for a few seconds until he pull me up. My lower back is breaking from the pain now. I think I’m going to need the “medical plasters” – those big patches where my parents always put on their back. I’m currently sitting on my chair with a huge soft cushion at the back to prevent from bone from cracking. o.O My elbow is a bit bruise from the fall too.
And so I went over to the nearby tap to wash my hands and then walk back pass the stairs to get home. And you know what I saw? Another guy falling a few steps down the stairs and landed in the same place as I am. I think his fall hurts more though. It looks painfully, I only fell down 1 step and it hurts like crazy. I think he went “Pang! PANG!” twice 
. I do hope his all right. I think that stairs should have a “Danger Zone” sign there so as to warn the rest to be careful.
The afternoon didn’t went too good either, I was in the school library using my laptop when it was time to go for my next class. Thus I packed up my stuff and exit the library only to find that it is raining again!!! There’s no shelter to my block 
. I had to take a big route, all the way to the atrium, exit through the school gate, walk pass the bus stop to the other entrance of the school and enter through there. The day just didn’t went well other for the fact that I got distinction for my Business Statistics Test. I was overjoyed to see that 45.5/50 red mark at the top of my paper. It was my first distinction since I entered polytechnic =). Anyway, I’m off to take a short nap, there’s a long list of to-dos for me tonight.

It’s been raining heavily everywhere lately, I’ve been having way too many unfortunate incidents of stepping into mud-filled puddles in flip-flops!

Owch! That sounds horriable! I don’t think I would like to fall down steps, let alone see other people do it. I hope everythings ok. As long as you havn’t broken anything you should be fine. That’s the WORST thing that could happen, altho, there are some things that could happen to your back that could be caused by that, but it dosn’t look like any of them happened. So yeah, you should be right. Good luck!

Congrats on doing well for your test, and I hope your back feels better soon! Just be careful especially when you have to use the same flight of stairs the next time.
I always walk slower than normal when the floor is wet, because I really don’t want to fall.
