I’m sick for the past 5 days and I’m so sick of being sick! (It’s not meant to be a pun) Anyway, I was sick and in a rather bad mood and I received an e-mail from another buyer of my sister’s studs. Firstly, she bought a pair of studs from me which I wrapped it up in 5 layers of bubble wrap and she’s the only person to received the studs in poor condition and I have no idea why. The rest same packaging had arrived in perfect condition. Anyway, she demand a refund which I refused because I had stated that we don’t do refunds, she said she will mail back the studs but I refused too because no refunds! Anyway, I decided to mail her another pair of backings as a form of apology incurring postage and everything, she demanded 2 kind of backings and saying that she do not have the gule to gule it back and again demanded a refund. I say I can’t but she can try with super gule. Now she e-mailed me saying that she have not received the studs and wanted to left me a negative feedback. Hey Miss, I did mailed out the studs! She insisted that I didn’t mailed it out because she hadn’t received it. I was so pissed off with her. I will not dealed with her again and refund her this time. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because even if she did received and everything I did not know. :shocked:
