The wind woke me up at about 7.30 in the morning yesterday. My room was surprising dark and hence I jump out of bed to see this …

SingTel INQ mobile event

Posted in: Daily Life

SingTel held an INQ mobile event for bloggers at Supperclub last night and I was invited by Ivy. I popped by with Liling and got to know a couple of Singaporean bloggers. Said hello to Brenda, Ivy, Claudia, Jacelyn, Krisandro and many others. :) We chatted, played around with the INQ phone, had chocolate cakes for supper and mostly had fun! :halo:

By the way, this mobile is so cool. I really love the Twitter, Messenger, Facebook features and the weather widget. I like how I’m able to tweet “Hi, I’m lost at Bugis, help please?” and then wait for a few minutes for emergency help or “Hey everyone. I’m in town, anyone wants to meet up?”. Tweeting via SMS isn’t the best way since I can’t get any replies. The live contact list is also excellent because you wouldn’t have to upload individual photo for every contact, it’s updated live. There are many other functions as well but those are my favourites. It’ll be launched in Singapore this Saturday on the 19th September so do check it out in SingTel stores. I think I’ll pop by Jurong Point to take a look this weekend!

Sissy and I

Sissy and I

I tweeted about my lack of sleep on the day of the trip. My flight to Hong Kong was 6.30am in the morning and I was supposed to wake up at 3am. However, I didn’t sleep the entire night at all. I’m still wide awake at 3am and switched off the alarm before it even rang. :lame: Too excited? Maybe. I haven’t been going overseas for vacations for a long time.

Look at my panda eyes in the photos. Sigh. I didn’t bother to bring any under-eye concealer on my trip as well. I went make-up-less and wore my trusty glasses during the entire trip. I’m still not fond of wearing contacts for the entire day, plus I’m too lazy to put them on. We check-in at Changi Airport Terminal 1 at about 4am. It was pretty empty then and not much shops were open. T_T We had breakfast at Ya Kun only because there wasn’t a lot of choices. Breakfast was okay considering my lids were threatening to close. This is a bit random but seriously I hate travelling on planes. I feel like my heart is going to jump out of me when the plane is taking off. :frown: The last time I took a plane was about 3 years back (to Macau)?

Anyway, please be forewarn that the rest of this post would be image intensive. Hope you enjoy the photographs! =D
