Some might have problems accessing AmourChaleur today, but the issue has been resolved within minutes right after I found out the problem when I reached home today. Thumbs up to the highly efficient staff from CyberAxis. 
They are actually a Singapore hosting company recommended to my by Huaian who got hosted by them in the past too. 
I feel more secured being host by a local registered company. So much for studying law in the past.
