I’m still alive and kicking in case anyone though I’ve gone missing. I’m extremely slow in replying to emails these days because I’m busy catching up with my “offline” life. I faced my computer nearly 24 hours a day except when I’m in school. My dad even told me I could just get married to the computer. Of course I’m not going to do that. Chewy wouldn’t like that. :P Chewy came over for dinner and he waited 3 hours while I messed around with the new navigation today (yes, there’s a new design, did you not noticed it?). Hence, I promise I will spend my entire Wednesday with him!
Mini layout redesign
Speaking of the redesign, I redid both the main and footer navigation and added new panda prints to the footer. I noticed I’ve been using rounded corners for my layouts since last December and thus I removed all the round corners as well. Check out the new post meta at the end of every post if you have not. I’ve also switched to a new plugin for sharing posts and redesign (again!) the list of tags, related and popular posts. In addition, I make a small change to the background of the header, no more fluffy white clouds now and it’s a lot less cluttered. Phew! Yes, that’s all the updates I’ve in regards to the layout.

LOL, Chewy’s so patient. I mean, I couldn’t imagine a guy waiting for 3 hours while his girlfriend is hooked on the navigation of her website. =D You guys make such a cute couple!

Wow, I love your new design! I didn’t think it could be prettier than the last one, but this is definitely more awesome.
I love it! And I love the lack of rounded corners. A small change, but one that makes a huge visual difference in the design. 
By the way, I love the emoticons you use–this is the same set I downloaded to use with Adium (my OS X chat client) and they’re so adorable!

Oh gosh, James is the same with me. I mean, I am the same with him. I go to see him but I spend hours attached to my laptop. I feel like a terrible girlfriend LOL.
But I do spend hours and hours on the computer – almost every time I am free. I know it is a bad habit but there are some days where I totally limit my time.
I love the redesign! And I noticed the rounded corners were gone. It’s nice to have some changes sometimes!
The panda prints are cute.

Me too! We should really spend lesser time on the computer but then again, I doubt we can live without logging in every day. This is not healthy for us.

I know you’ve been tweaking the layout but when I came around I didn’t see that you had moved the navigation! I love where it is now!
And the tweaks really did make a difference and make things look less cluttered.
I like it very much!
And thank you for your comment on my layout too.
I’ve never dressed up for Halloween but I think one day I will; it seems like fun and a good experience and a good time to get creative with costumes.

I don’t dress up for Halloween as well. I don’t think I will ever celebrate Halloween. I don’t know the history of it as well. It seems to be similar to our Chinese Ghost Festival.
