Poor Dayna is so broke that she has resorted to this. 
I am providing my web and graphics designing services to the public now since I’m seriously short of cash at the moment due to all the shoppings done. I hope someone is going to use my service and at the same time help to fund this poor shopping girl. I have the prices (all in Singapore dollars) below as follow and posted it on my LJ, is it too expensive? =x I also started a service page for it with a lot more information.
- 01: A series of 4 Icons/avatars – S$2 or S$2.50 (animated)
- 02: Graphics (Blends, wallpaper etc)- S$5 to S$8 depending on size
- 03: Uncoded layout – S$9
- 04: Coded layout (with all the necessary files and images) – S$18 to S$30 depending on how complex the design is.
* Size of graphics should not be bigger than 800x600px.
** I only code div layouts and all my layouts are coded in XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS 2.0 with a matching avatar, button, favicon and other related graphics for the layout. Free support also provided for all my coded layouts.
What do you guys think?

Ohhh.. I only have a POSB/DBS account with an ATM card and I doubt I will open another bank account for paypal due to the lack of funds

Oh some add ons, the electron card has Visa. Which explains why I can use it in Paypal. But I’ve only added my card in Paypal, I have not accepted any payment yet. Thus, I am not 100% certain that debit cards are acceptable for transactions via Paypal. But since I can add my card in my account, I suppose it does work in this case.
Secondly, if you buy stuff from any store, you can actually endorse your signature. It works just like a credit card, just that, you have to have $$ inside the account :hehe:

Debit card – only when you have $$ inside then you can use it. Credit card – Of cos, pay in credit.
Probably u may want to enquire more at any UOB branch?
I’m not sure whether they have any age limit. But I doubt so, cos it’s not credit card 
I have the UOB Electron card. In my case, I have to open a Uniplus account. It works just like an ATM card.
